Can be found locally or online. Known for calming, reducing negative energy and encouraging good psyche. Rose plants can be used as ornamental arrangements. The petals can be used in potpourris, diffusers and warmers. DIY rose water spray is a personal favorite as its multi-purpose and can be used for a wonderful facial spray or simply misted about. (Bonus Elise tip! Since true rose water also has antibacterial and antiseptic properties, it’s nice for wiping down doorknobs and other frequently touched surfaces.) Essential rose oil is also used for aromatic purposes, for the skin and also for cleaning. Lotions and beauty products already infused with rose can also be found fairly easy.
I would also suggest looking into rose color meanings when choosing. I have found shades of pink to be most beneficial for happiness, stress and calming. Whereas yellow is great for welcoming and friendship. White for peace, and so on...
