What is a warming herb?
Without inserting too much technicality, simply put, warming herbs and spices are those that possess properties known for tbeir internal warming effects on the body.
A few common known uses for warming herbs are to possibly help with ridding dampness from the body, fatigue, poor circulation, digestion, detox, metabolism and weight loss!

F Fennel (can act as both warming and cooling)
