I so adore adventuring outdoor markets! For me, it’s a fabulous day when I can spend it in the fresh air wearing a backpack, floppy hat and cute sandals surrounded by things that grow!

Outdoor markets are much more than a great source of fodder, though.
They contain a wealth of resource and learning material, especially for someone like myself who is always looking for new ideas for recipes, home remedies and on a journey of herb discovering and self-teaching.
You can browse for hours finding
our most common plants and culinary herbs such as Basil, Cilantro, Dill, Mint, Oregano, Parsley and Rosemary, and, if you are lucky, you may even find
some not so common treasures, like Lemon Balm or
Lovage, that are sure to make a wonderful addition to your day’s trove!
